Just follow these simple rules:
- Have a cavity free checkup with your six month dental cleaning
- Brush your teeth at least twice a day and floss once a day
- When you’re thirsty and it’s not meal-time, ask for water
- Eat healthy snacks, such as yummy cheese and fruit
- Avoid candy, juice, and pop as much as you can
But if you do eat or drink any of these, be sure to brush right after!
